In my role, I led investigations into AI companies, such as Netgraph and Trinity, and their related projects in government and education for the former and in health and medical sectors for the latter. I created user personas, user journeys, and scenarios to identify pain points and best practices for product development. Using these insights, I created wireframes and mockups from scratch, as well as prototypes for desktop and mobile, always ensuring a clear direction for product development and enhancing performance to minimize pain points and crashes. I conducted after-release tests with users and provided guidelines to developers on flows and product management for final release.
